He started to deal with problems related to distributed systems when he was writing his graduate thesis. He is still dealing with them, but now as an engineer of the VK technology platform. In his spare time, he teaches NoSQL and Highload courses at the joint ITMO and VK Education Master's programme.
Alexander participates in the ASK EXPERT activity in the offline part of the conference.
He will be advising on the following topics:
- Apache Cassandra.
- Troubleshooting Java services, how to approach the problem.
- Exploitation of web scale Java services.
